Sticks and Stones

Hey guys, Ella here to tell you “Sticks and stones will break my bones but names will never hurt me” isn’t really true. Words are serious weapons. Lizzie La Tish and I got into a brawl and started calling each other names. 

La Tish apologized first but I still felt bad like all the names we called each other were stuck on us forever. So we decided to get all those crazy silly names unstuck by writing down all the things that are great about ourselves and each other.

Goo calls it replacement therapy and it really works a lot better than just saying “I’m sorry”. Goo says that just saying “I’m sorry” is not enough if we never take the next step to replace the bad with the good!
