So Ella was asking me what is my favorite part of the “Birthday Ballet” Story. I never thought about it but then I realized it’s when grandpa and Ella are laughing, laughing on the floor. It makes me think about how our Father God doesn’t pull us up when we fall he gets down on the floor with us. I picture him with a big grin on his face saying, “come on lets stand up together!” Ella said that was really chill but how did I know for sure that would happen?
So I told her that one of Goo’s most favorite prayers is from Psalm 113:5-6. It goes something like this. “Dear Father God, I thank you that you always stoop down to help me.” So by the way I made up my own prayer too. “I thank you Father that you bend down to pay attention to me!” So then Ella said, “it’s weird to think that our Father God gets down on the floor with us but it’s kind of fun to think about and it makes me smile!”
